CIDER 'OUSE JAM NITE is Bolton's liveliest and most eclectic live music event, taking place 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at the famousy haunted Ye Olde Man & Scythe on Churchgate. YOU CAN EXPECT a varied mix of musicians and styles, some of the best talent in the area alongside eccentric nutters battling to be the centre of attention and drunks singing along badly. Fun times, classic tunes, banter and a great night out. It's pretty laid back and there's always a great atmosphere. We kick off jamming about 7PM with various people leading songs (covers or orignials) a everybody joining in, sometimes there might also be improvised jams which is cool... Join the jam or play your own spot, it's up to you. New faces are always made very welcome! Please leave egos at the door. 7PM 'til LATE in the piano room at the cider 'ouse. We're very close to transport links across the region (10 mins walk to Bolton train station) and there is free parking on the street, by the Parish Church. FREE PIZZA for all! "THAT'S JAZZ, BABE!"
